Uploaded documents are stored in Supabase Storage with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Documents are accessible only to authorized team members via time-limited signed URLs.

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Supabase — secure database for storing form submissions
• Resend — email delivery for internal team notifications
• Vercel — website hosting and deployment

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking services.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information at any time
